This menu plan is designed as a GUIDE. Please customise it to suit your needs. If you can't eat dairy, don't. If you don't like eggs, leave them out. If you are vegetarian, there are some recipe substitutes, and where there isn't one, simply make something else. Only eat when you are hungry, and not because the time says so. Just because everyone else is eating breakfast, doesn't mean you have to!
If you feel like eating the lunch meal for dinner - go ahead! If you are on the road all day and certain meals are easier to prep and take with you, do that. If you don't think the meals will work for your 'day', feel free to choose foods that are from the approved list, and eat them instead. Just remember to eat high healthy fat, medium protein and lowwwwww carb. 🙂
