The happiness meditiation is one that fits really well at the beginning of the challenge. You 've come into the challenge with a desire to meet a particular goal. You 've been thinking about what you want from your life.
And so I hope this happiness meditiaton will help you to think perhaps even a little bit more deeply about what it is that you want and how it is you might achieve that.
The purpose of this meditation is to bring greater presence and awareness into your life. To consciously connect with what matters most and use it to form a vision of your future; to help you cultivate the attitude and practices you need in order to fulfill your desires for happiness and to allow for you to flourish.
