Sandie! You were a gun when we did that pushup challenge 😉 Strength training is super important for all sorts of reasons. I would suggest starting with the squats and pushups and see how you go 🙂
Printed Squats on one leg not likely i have very poor balance
That’s OK Olivia – be sure to do it while holding onto something as demonstrated in the video (where I am at the gym holding on). Building balance is all part of the process! That comes with core strength too 🙂
