I would recommend getting a set of scales to help calculate your body fat percentage. However, if you don't have access to scales, use this image as a guide.

  • Download and start your progress PDF. Weigh and measure weekly if you like.
  • Take you before photos (front, back and side)
  • Email photos and measurements to Miriam (you can post in the group if you like!)
  • Comment 'done' below and post comments below and in FB group
